About me

I am the author of the novels in Spanish: “Lo nuestro no es raro” (2020), “Entre algodones” (finalist of the Felipe Trigo Prize, 2023). In English, I have published the non-fiction book “Barcelona Then and Now” (2006) and “It Wasn’t so Strange after all“, which is the English edition of “Lo nuestro no es raro“. I have a degree in Law in Spain and a Master’s in Marketing from Bentley University (Waltham, MA, USA). I have studied narrative at the Ateneo de Barcelona School of Writing, and I spend a good part of my time traveling the world.

Some of the topics that interest me and that you can find in my novels are identity (including sexual identitity), freedom, and visibility of certain groups, which I try to address with sensitivity and a touch of humor.
